Jessica Ridenour, NCMTB
Jessica decided to pursue a career in massage therapy a few years after graduating high school, but going to massage school was always in the back of Jessica's mind since middle school where she had experienced the benefits of massage first hand. Having a massage therapist help bring her back to good health never left her thoughts, and in time became her career as well.
Jessica studied at The American Institute of Massage here in Richmond, where she graduated in March of 2010. There she completed 600 hours at a COMTA accredited school focusing on anatomy, physiology, pathology, and massage therapies. She learned such modalities as Therapeutic, Sports and Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofacial Release.
As a massage therapist, her goal is to provide massage clients with specialized bodywork conducive to their individual needs; integrating improved circulation, range of motion, relaxation, pain relief and overall wellness into their daily lives.
